The Plan Certainly Appears Flawed

That doesn't relieve Don of responsibility for disrespecting soldiers dieing doing what they see as their duty in a cause they believe in. It also doesn't relieve those criticising Bush of explaining how they would have done better. The most frequent responses regarding UN and/or French involvement simply ignore the recent history of both.
