Few Jobs Are Without Critics Or Cheerleaders

It is certainly hard to take an objective reading without some kind of polling as you suggest. In their absence I base my judgement on the strength of anger at the media's negative spin on things in many of the letters I've seen. I've seen negative comments as well, but these are understandable gripes about equipment and dunderheaded decisions not related to the overall reasons for being there.
