Sorry, I hate to be a party pooper, but Mr. Bush already held his party over a year ago when he declared the end of "major hostilities." as I recall, it was a rather lavish affair to celebrate his "mission accomplished." Turns out, just as he was wrong about Iraqi WMDs, he was wrong about that as well.
