How Stupid

Mark Eby — 9/9/2004 11:50:43 PM (archived)

If you're going to make a forgery at least make it worthwhile. The forged story is minor detail at best to a story already told. The whole AWOL isse is bullshit even if true because the last Dem president dodged Vietnam in a far less credible way. The whole issue smells of hypocrisy. First the Democrats pounce on an issue they buried with their previous candidate, then they cry foul when far more evidence is presented showing their candidate's idiotic decision to base his campaign on a war record already invalidated by his postwar antics was not just strategically stupid but hyperbole.

Mark

re: IBM's were not rare in 1970s and the type is to blurred to positively identify it. But if forged seems pretty stupid not to have used common fonts easly picked up on web. (n/t) - Chris Vancil - 9/9/2004 11:08:10 PM
