I'm sorry, but "Doesn't Suck As Bad" isn't something that inspires the electorate, and frankly, that is the entire extent of the Democratic campaign.

Did you pay any attention to surveys of Democratic voters? Did I make up the phrase "Anybody but Bush?"

A sinificant portion of democrats would vote for the proverbial ham sandwich, true.

I am on record as saying that I think McAuliffe is a doofus. He is playing a juvenile game (remarkably similar to Gillespie).
OTOH, I notice you dont condemn Gillespie for catching on and amplifying any dubious link between Kerry and anybody it suits him to link to.

This statement is true. I have heard both of these attacks within a week of each other. Maybe I'm the only one who noticed that they're mutually exclusive.

A lot of what you post comes with stuff to back it up. Some is your interpretation guided by years of right-wing bias.....;-)
