Particularly the method of identifying a corpse in civilian clothes as either an insurgent or an innocent bystander. It's not like the insurgents are wearing uniforms, or have a gang tattoo on their foreheads. A corpse stripped of its AK-47 before taking him to the hospital or morgue becomes an instant civilian.

And I know hospitals in places like Fallujah are cooking these numbers.
