We don't look children in the eye, and blow their terrified heads off. We don't wire them with explosives. We don't shoot them deliberately in the back as they flee, or make them drink their own urine.

We don't plan for months in advance to take them hostage.

We don't do it on purpose. A moral difference that a five-year-old would easily comprehend.

You want to rephrase that little equivalence you're setting up?
