re: Weather as a Force Multiplier
Weather warfare is a scary concept. A country capable of controlling the weather could cause their enemies to have droughts, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, blizzards- you get the point. We are no where near the technology and knowledge to do such a thing. I hope that when the human race does reach that technology and knowledge, we have matured and unified as a race.
I think the story about Adam and Eve eating from the tree of knowledge was a warning about knowledge. Knowledge, if used wrong, can take away your innocence and kick you out of paradise. When used right, it can create paradise. Knowledge is always a double edge sword.
