I had a map of the US out last night looking at places in Georgia, Tennesse and North Carolina. I'm not real big on snow, so I'd want to stay south of the Mason Dixon line. The area up near Athens, Georgia looks about right. My daughter and I are talking about buying a place up there as she works out of Charlotte.
I could handle running a bed and breakfast.
