REB, if you remember several years ago, I used to bring up the HAARP project we have up in Alaska, and how they were bouncing microwaves off the ionosphere for weather modiification. I had been following it then for about 10 years. Microwaves don't stop, they continue travelling through matter, so I would imagine some of it penetrates the oceans. I hope this is not the reason that the oceans are warming and the ice shelves are melting. THAT's a scary concept.

Living in Hurricane Alley here, I can tell you it has had a profound effect on my psyche this summer. I've wondered why there were so many in a row. And if an accumulation of certain weather "modifications" could create an area where the built up energy must be drained. Take this a step further....could it be the result of another country using this weather modification against US?

As for HAARP, every time I used it in a header on the old MSNBC Space Science Board, the post was pulled within HOURS.........always. Maybe someone could write Alan Boyle and find out why that project is so super secret, that it's important to keep it off the front pages.
