who was bitten by a potentially lethal variety of Australian spider, that was apparently living in his garage in Houston that had taken up residence from prior owners who had brought a household of furniture in from Australia.
He did not even know he was in trouble for a few days until a large area on his leg where the spider had bitten him began to die and his kidneys shut down. He was on dialysis for weeks. He barely lived and to this day carries the scar from the terrirble leg wound. The doctors only found out about what had bitten him after extensive research. His recovery took many months. Your spider is so large it hardly looks real. Taht is definately a house pest.
Good luck controlling them.
