What would you use for something huge and fast?
Daniel describes "his" spider as hand-sized. This means they are also foot-sized, so anyone seeking to squash it had better be damned accurate. If they're anywhere near as fast as the hunting spiders we have around here (which are tiny by comparison -- only 3" diameter with legs extended), one would have to be the Australian flamenco champion to nail the sucker.
