There's also RASCAL

If RASCAL is built, it promises the potential to launch 75 KG (165 lb) into a 500 KM sun synchronous orbit for about $850,000. It also is speced to launch 130 KG (286 lb) into an equatorial orbit for the same price. Burt Rutan is working on the RASCAL mothership aircraft and is applying lessons learned from SpaceShipOne to the design.

The R&D costs for RASCAL would be quite a bit higher than an upgraded sounding rocket like the Super Strypi, but the operational costs and flexibility seem a lot better.
