Well certainly not the Americans, must have been those "insurgents".
This was the attack on Fallujah Tom, check around his site and see the reality of Fallujah after the assault. There were nearly 2,000 dead. This man was only allowed to photograph 75 in the small area in which he was working.

There are now 200,000 residents of Fallujah who are HOMELESS while winter sets in. Will you please get a grip? Here are some different stories from his treks around Fallujah. They are just stories, so it is safe to open and read <them>.
