fair enough, what should I consider?
I'm waiting and willing to be corrected. You must be thinking of specific gaps in my reading or memory, and you would be right. I do have a copy, which I read twice about 2 years ago, but not since. And, this is good timing, since in a few hours I'll be off to my old family home, where the book is still sitting on my old bookshelf .. so what issues should I be (re)considering? You obviously have some thing in mind.
(After a few hours I might not be able to log in very much for a couple of days ..)
