I beg your pardon?

The correct usage of the cliche is "crazy like a fox", and is meant as a left-handed compliment. As a left-handed Fox, I take exception on both counts.

As Tom Brosz does in his veneration of Saint Ronnie, you completely ignore the people who actually live in the countries whose "liberation" you lay at the feet of your Perfect Master. I would suggest, knowing full well that your absolutist density (approaching that of neutronium) will be "proof" against it, that the Syrian hegemony in Lebanon has parallels with the American hegemony in Iraq.

How then will you praise Our Fearless Leader and his League of Extraordinary Syncophants when the Iraqis demand removal of American occupiers, as the Lebanese are doing with the Syrians?

My point, in case you've missed it (high degree of probability there), is that while the possibility of Syria being forced to withdraw from Lebanon by the Lebanese -- no certainty of that this early in the game -- may coincidentally occur during Bush's watch, it cannot be claimed as a victory for the so-called Bush Doctrine.

It will be, but it's a false claim . . . on the order, for example, of giving Reagan credit for the existance of Lech Walesa and Solidarnosj.

And by the way: what the Hell does any of it have to do with Arafat?
