1) the trust fund portion of the settlement that paid for TS' care was exhausted years ago. TS' care is now on medicare. That same government dole you have objected to on record in the past.
2) TS has been offered large sums of money to walk away and sign away guardianship of TS. He has refused.
As usual, it would benefit you to get your facts straight.
