Just a few questions I'd like to see answered:

If there were affadavits, conflicting opinions, and unanswered questions in a death penalty case, would the same people clamoring for Terri's death be insisting on a new trial?

Have you ever heard of a death penalty opponent declaring that there had been enough legal appeals, that the question of guilt was settled, and the execution should be carried out?

Has any death penalty opponent conceded that death by injection is not "cruel and unusual," based on its painlessness?

Do any death penalty opponents support Federal laws to override state death penalty laws?

What would a typical liberal say if they found out a person was putting down an unconscious dog by leaving it alone in a cage to starve to death? A cat? A rat? A lizard?

If someone came into Terri's room and shot her through the head, would it be murder? Manslaughter? Illegal discharge of a weapon? Why or why not?
