I don't know what gbaikie's credentials are, but he/she sounds much more informed than you.
In case you are wondering and as I've mentioned, I am not a scientist, and of course maybe that plays a role in my opinion on the subject, but I have got to tell you that the "scientific community" has not yet convinced me that we need to spend as much as $1.00 US on combating greenhouse gas emissions.
Your simplistic brushing off of any contradictory reports tell me and everyone else that you refuse to believe anything that your pre-concieved paradigms.
If you are a scientist, then you must be a pretty bad one.
I should mention that while I am not a trained scientist, I am a college graduate with a CPA after my name, and I am about 1/2 of the way toward adding an MBA as well... And I do have a fair understanding of statistical/regression analysis, as documented by the letter "A" grades that I have recieved in every college level math and/or statistics class I have ever taken.
So I do feel that I am entitled to my opinion. Even if you don't.
