It seems that the Iraqi insurgency is not growing weaker
with time, as it should, at least not fast enough. As I have stated before, it is time for the USA to announce an early withdrawal timetable that will shock the Iraqi government into getting its act together and taking over its own defense. As long as they can hide behind the shield of USA forces, they will continue to bicker over political matters. It will concentrate their minds.
