Everyone here will be delighted when the pain in Iraq stops.
Right now, the only way that's going to happen is if we win this war. If we quit, the only result is that the pain in Iraq will become far worse.
I don't know how long some people out there can maintain the mental disconnect that allows them to simultaneously wish for the defeat of the terrorists and the failure of our military effort in Iraq.
