But you know what, Donald? Intellectually, this approach seems just a little lazy and a little lame. It's as original as a blonde joke and as sophisticated as a piece of string. But maybe it's "hip" or something.
As Tom and others will attest, though I think going to war in Iraq was a terrific failure in judgement, now that we're there, the only end-game is to succeed.
Well, Donald, please do forgive my slight scepticism here. I know you say this, but actions speak louder than words. Your daily deathcounts just don't quite gel with the image of someone wishing Iraq to succeed. After all, it's failure, not success, that would "prove" Bush's Idiot Quotient.
But hey, maybe I'm just an idiot, too. If you say so, it must be true.
