re: Blogs

"I don't read blogs - from either the right or the left. They are too anecdotal, too unreliable, and too biased by the writer's opinions to take as serious sources of information. There's no accountibility within the blogiverse."

So, Tom was correct.

Btw, did mention that Donald is gullible- that MSM could make Donald think and say anything. For example, Don bought the blogs are not accountable line.
It's so funny that MSM begins saying this at time Dan Rather was shot down by bloggers.

To further prove that Don is gullible. What is the difference between Blogs and Boards like HabitableZone? Answer, not much- different format. One could rightly say that Blogs are an evolution from Boards.
I believe that first time I even heard the term Blog was from a post by Alan Boyle [science reporter for MSNBC & old moderator for MSNBC Space Board, his blog is here:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3217961/ ]
As a reporter Alan thought Blogs was the best thing since sliced bread, because it allowed him to control his content and gave a web space with links.

Drudge was scoffed and now is a must read by policy wonks, Drudge was another parent of Blogs. What are called Blogs is a big universe, and it will continue to evolve, perhaps it will be called something else in the future, but one thing is certain and it can be very safely said: Blogs are the new media which is transforming the Information Age.
