There are plenty of small cars that seat four, have luggage space, and can be fitted with a roof- or bumper-mounted bike rack. As I suggested in a previous post, people with 3 or more kids or a regular need for small freight capacity (such as small business owners), should be exempt from restrictions on non-freight vehicle weight and horsepower in my opinion. Did I mention that small cars also have a smaller turning radius, sip fuel, and are easier to keep clean, and park?
