So, in effect, we have attacked their culture, and in effect their culture is striking back at us.

Considering the targeting and killing of hundreds and hundreds of Iraqi civilians by the terrorists, far more than have been killed by coalition actions during the same time, this "culture" seems to have very crappy aim.
