Now that's a stretch.
Then wouldn't it have been better to say that "destroying Iraqi Culture" is the goal?
But wait, what about the "Iraqi Culture" has been destroyed? No More Sadam, Uday, Qusay, rape-rooms, threats against Middle Eastern neighbors and the USA, loose talk of Iraqi WMD both in and out of Iraq? (Don't forget that even Sadam's generals thought Sadam had a WMD program...Its even possible that Sadam himself believed he had a WMD program...The jury is litterally still out on Sadam and what his true capabilities were).
There is no culture destroying going on in or out of Iraq. Your rethoric is loose, cheap, and weak.
