The story about the hand grabbing your solar plexus was creepy. I had a dream something similiar back in 1977 while travelling in an area where spirits were supposedly around. I was sleeping naked in our motor home when I felt something ENTER MY BACK near my kidneys. It felt supernatural and scared the crap out of me. I imagined it then as similiar to an encounter out of Don Juans' (Carlos Castenada) books, as if a malevalent spirit was around and was trying to harm me.
After that, I never went to bed naked again for YEARS...........I guess it made me feel vulnerable. No after effects though, but it's still a feeling of being violated.
