I remember reading something similiar at your old website many years ago and think, to a degree; that you make several good points.
I never have bad dreams, but when they do come (every few years), they are in clusters, and during times when I am experiencing anxiety or some type of inner conflict. I had just come through some trying times with my family while up north...sometimes a positive person reaching down to help a negative person results in crossed wires which short out leaving an open charge. Especially if you love them.
Looking back on what those few dreams were, I can relate some of them to my situation. It's not over yet.
I have a close friend here in town teetering on the brink of death by the complete reliance on a group of local incompetent doctors. She refuses to to take charge of her own health and we have had a few small battles about this. At times I feel she doesn't want to live any more, and I am drawn into some kind of interaction on a soul level with all the unseen forces at work in her life.
I am well aware that thoughts are things, and have learned to protect my thought patterns from broadcasting, unless they ARE positive. I find myself staying away from negative people, places and situations to preserve my mental health. (Why, you ask, do I come HERE then........for all the negative insults?) LOL
There is balance in Nature, and we are all just a part of the entire microcosm. What we work out here, we work out in the larger world.
The idea that unseen entities are hanging around while we're eating or having sex is a stretch. Next time I'm down at my favorite eatery....dining; I'll make sure to look around and see who wants my lobster bisque...............;~)
