I donâ€™t think the Allies even gave them the option. Were the Nazis not arrested and charged for war crimes? Isnâ€™t that why many of them fled the country? Why was Saddam not arrested in the same way?

Do you really think the Allies would have left Hitler in charge had he still been alive? I don't think so. He would have been arrested. Saddam should have been, at the very least, arrested in 1990.
