I assume most here would not want Saddam back in power, and if so, think about why. Why would you not want him back in power?

What about in 1990. Should the UN, or US had taken Saddam out of power? If yes, is it for the same reasons as now.

If no? Why not? Why would you want to leave him in power then, but not now?

Just something to think about.
