We must be prepared
Despite my vigorous opposition to starting the war in Iraq, I do think we must be prepared for all possibilities. Frankly, we have much more to be concerned about from the Iranians than we ever did from Saddam. The war in Iraq has distracted us from the real danger in Iran. Iraq has also dangerously exhausted our capacity to deal decisively with Iran. I would not be opposed to a quick, precise and overwhelming coalition air strike to halt Iran's plans to produce nuclear weapons if diplomatic means to do so fail as they appear they may.
