I'd bet on Israel, though.

It's not an easy military problem. Iran has tucked its nuclear processing facilities in many different places, usually in civilian areas.

Iran is months away from a nuclear device at its current rate, and at the same time has all but specifically declared that they would use nuclear weapons on Israel. I'm not sure where the current bar for "imminent threat" is, but this has to be getting close to it.
