For what it's worth........

Lindy — 4/12/2006 3:42:47 AM (archived)

I don't want to argue with you (and I haven't got the time to finish this discussion).......BUT!
.
>"Iran's nuclear program is the gift of French and Russian nuclear companies and top executives who practice a unique form of mercenarial service to third world nations......."

Oh, and we don't??
Since when is there an international agreement to NOT sell arms?
Who will be the world police?

>"You, and I, can't imagine the world without the USA keeping nations on a progressive course and from tearing each the other apart while others goad them on."

Oh boy, here we go. While we DO peacekeeping here and there, we run our mercenaries into democratically functioning countries to destabilize them so we can get at their resources. Been doing this a long time, waay before you were born, even.

Some of the time, I see your point of view, sometimes I think you gloss over the faults of the US, as if they didn't exist. It's this short-sightedness of yours that gets to me (well, almost....;~)
