So. Once again, the new hobby. If they had something more important to do, they wouldn't need to feel important by oppressing others.

The "men who act like women" in Geoff's post are the ones who don't keep their women barefoot and pregnant, and out of the workplace.

Turning back the clock in our imaginations doesn't change the world we have now. Learn to live together with compassion for others, or learn to die together by various nasty and violent means.

Your WWII question merits another question: If you had been around when the Jewish refugees came by the boatload, would you have turned them back?

We weren't at war with anybody when that happened, but our ethnically determined immigration quotas didn't allow entry. We were more than happy to turn our backs then. Does only the prospect of shooting other people excite our urge to fight evil?
