Credibility gap.........

Gee Tom, to even think of the Bush administration advocating a massive program that would be a "benefit to America" is to create a credibility gap roughly equivalent to the Grand Canyon. And I realize for a Republican to grasp this very significant fact would cause a "Huh?"

Hell, Bush even took away funding from the COPS program because he couldn't spell methamphetamine.
