Hey, we all recognize the interestate system never performed the purpose it was designed for. Before any leg was ever completed it became an inter-urban expressway. This is certainly the case in Tampa, Orlando and any other place I-4 goes. I-95 is a wonderful linkage system connecting inter urban systems. Any cities on the east coast of the US repeat this.

However, I do like to cruise 'em.
