Well, I only wish I had a good rebuttal for that one because we're talking about a cultural science with an ancient history. I would agree with the "observation of cycles", but not the modern day hokum.

Also, a good astrologer has to be intuitive. So they are accessing information floating around in the cosmos that is found through resonance with that other person's energy field.
