Capital Punishment was abolished in France exactly 25 years ago...

Robert Badinter, the then justice minister, has noticed that, since, 130 countries abolished it too (a majority of countries) and only one european country still applies it, Belarus. Neither Israel nor the UK, nor Spain have applied CP to their terrorists.
