Tell me Art, which of the colonial powers would have had the moral authority to come in and tell us how it is about treatment of minorities? Britain? Belgium? France? Italy? Germany? How about Czarist Russia?

The point of my post, and it did have one, was the gross misuse of the word "torture" in the current debate.
