Sorry I did not get it either. The question before us is whether enacting a CP law will decrease crime or removing an inforce CP law will increase crime. There are actual statistics out there and from what I've seen of them, they do not support CP as deterrent.

First off, your experiment would not answer the question we were debating. And even if it would, I am unwilling to entertain an experiment that requires mass murder.
