The efficiency was compared to Sojourner.

Sample return reference was more ambiguous. I was referring to returning to a base station for analysis not Earth. Something more realistic imo than a cliff climber with MER equivalent instrument package.

As far as humans to Mars current plans are before 2030. Too slow but on the books for the first time in 30 years.

You still haven't bothered to compare MER results with human capability or dealt with the issue that their designer considers them weak compared to a human.
