North Korea has sold missile technology to Iran, Pakistan & Egypt
Might they also sell nuclear technology? Would it matter? In a world where everyone has them, what difference would it make? I say, none. Unless they sell the technology to terrorist groups, and it is unlikely that a terrorist group sufficiently organized to build atomic weapons would not be tracked, infiltrated and interdicted by special forces. I think North Korea is about to learn that having nuclear weapons doesn't get them jack-shit in the 21st century.
