Most people seem to have come to the same conclusion. There's going to be a back and forth in diplomatic contacts with many nations for a while, and we'll see what comes out of it. Stock market didn't even hiccup.

Nobody's talking military action, either, except for some paranoid types who think Bush is going to start bombing any second.
