You'd have to look at individual models, but in my opinion, a UPS that does not include a robust power conditioner is worthless.
The best UPS systems actually draw constantly on the battery/inverter circuit, while continuously charging the battery online. This puts a considerable buffer on any power problems, even without additional power conditioning.
Many UPS units have a set of outlets connected to the battery, and another set of outlets for less-critical equipment that are not connected to the battery (for printers and such). All are connected to power conditioning circuits. Some units have spike protection outlets for network cables or phone lines built in.
Try here for starters. But don't go without one. The smaller units are quite reasonably priced, but be sure you are buying enough wattage for what your computer absorbs.
