I'm telling you term limits would improve the quality of candidates.
Competition is what is needed...More competition, not less.
People need to serve their maximum of 8 years and then return to the real world so that other real people can go to Washington.
The Career politicians will all but disappear. It will be a wonderful extinction event.
Also, the reason why this election doesn't seem interesting is because it's already a done deal... Does anybody realize that after 8 years of Hillary Clinton's Presidency it will have been 28 years of the Bush-Clinton families running the USA? What happens then if Jeb Bush gets the urge to run???
