I always wanted to build an interchange gate between the atmospheres of Mars and Venus. Both are 96% CO2. one is too hot, and the other is too cold.
You could even generate power from not just the kinetic energy of the inrush, but also the thermal specific heat.
And we could add water from Earth's oceans as global warming would otherwise raise sea levels...
