Total area of Death Valley Park - 5200 sq miles
Maximum depth - 282 ft
Volume if the whole park were that depth - about 300 cu. miles

Area of world's oceans - 130 million sq miles
Ocean depth reduction if Death Valley flooded (given total volume above) - less than 1/4 inch

Interesting idea, but no.
