This is a perfect candidate and example to discuss about how the new space private sector can intervene.
I don't doubt that eventually, in one form or another, some of this will be brought up to the attentiont of one of 'those' billionaires that are persuing a 'space' career.
just a thought. I would like to eventually find out that someone eventually got interested into this possibility and devoted their time and fundings for it.
