It’s a free country. Let nature take its course. Eventually a person like that will learn they need to improve their speech if they want to move up in the job world, or even keep a job. If not they’ll flip burgers the rest of their life and blame society for it. Or hell, they may become rap stars and be richer than you or I.
I wouldn't worry about it. I think most people out grow it. Some don't but most do.
One thing for certain, no one will make it in the business world talking like that.
