If I am reading Lee right, it sounds like he is against any race acting in this manner.
I am not sure whether or not he is placing the blame on a certain race, or just using them as an example. Perhaps he could be a little clearer.
It is certainly not a race thing. I have known many blacks who are well educated and productive. I have known uneducated whites living off the government. Not a race thing. Not necessarily a economic thing either. From what I have seen it has more to do with how a person is raised and the values taught to them by their parents.
